Cast Iron Eggs
Prep Time: 2 Minutes || Cook Time: 2 Minutes || Total Time: 4 Minutes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 Eggs (or however many you’d like)
- 1/8 tsp of salt (a pinch)
- 1/8 tsp of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp of Don Sazon Adobada Seasoning
In a medium or large cast iron skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until noticeably hot.
Then add the eggs, making sure not to break the yolks. They’ll start cooking immediately
Add salt and pepper as the eggs finish cooking relatively quick. Just look to make sure no more “goo” is left over and the yolks still look like liquid inside.
Remove the eggs from the heat and top with Don Sazon Adobada Seasoning to add some heat to a simple and classic breakfast dish.
